Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications 1. Must currently be a permanent Dietitian 2, SG18

OR

2. Must be active and reachable on the Civil Service Eligible List for Dietitian 2;

OR

3. NYSED Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist AND Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration the Credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Duties Description Responsibilities include performing nutritional assessments and follow up care and documentation for patients of various disability groups, providing nutrition education to individuals, groups, families and other health care professionals. May supervise dietetic technicians and food service staff in the provision of appropriate foods and nutritional care based on individual patient needs.

THIS IS A PER-DIEM POSITION WITH FLEXIBLE HOURS UP TO 40 OR AS NEEDED.
