Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must be licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State and have 1 year full time post-licensure clinical nursing experience.

Duties Description Conduct health assessments, assist the facility doctor in their treatment, respond to health emergencies within the facility, serve on interdisciplinary health care teams and health committees to plan and implement health care to the Incarcerated Individuals. Dispence medications to the Incacerated Individuals daily.

Additional Comments Hours and days to be determined and discessed at time of interview.

We have several shifts open, ranging from 6am - 2pm, 10pm - 6am. Also, we have per diem openings. This position is at an all male Correctional Facility.

Salary includes $20,000 geographic pay for day shift, $35,000 geographic pay for evening and overnight shift, as well as $3,620 shift pay for evening shift and $4,500 shift pay for overnight shift.
