Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
• Be actively enrolled in a New York State college, university, or graduate program, or be a resident of New York State, attending a college, university or graduate program outside of New York State.
• Have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university (completion of one year's worth of academic credits over a longer period may qualify part-time students for participation in the program), or be a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program.
• Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, or the letter grade equivalent.

Duties Description ITS End User Services (EUS) group is seeking Student Interns within the Service Desk team to assist in providing quality technology and hardware support under the direct supervision of higher-level staff.

Duties include but are not limited the following:
• Using ServiceNow to keep track of tickets throughout its life cycle (update, follow up and resolve to completion).
• When required, assist the service desk in the phone queue by answering calls and troubleshooting level 1 support tickets.
• Assisting with the deployment of new equipment.
• Assisting in imaging machines.
• Coordinating shipment of equipment, software installs, collecting information for the equipment inventory, and printer issues.
