Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Requirements include a high school diploma and two years’ demonstrated experience in a related field. Applicant will be required to attain proficiency in the use of standard programs such as “Word” and “Excel” and to use a networked computer including e-mail. A valid New York State driver’s license is required and a Commercial Driver’s License is preferred. Applicant may be required to obtain a CDL within two years of start of employment.

Duties Description Performs physical labor, equipment operation, vehicle operation, or other duties in support of the inspection, maintenance, and repair of reservoir lands and related facilities; performs facilities and grounds maintenance, including mowing, snow removal, road maintenance, and maintenance and repair of buildings; assists in vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair; performs other duties related to operation and maintenance as assigned either independently or on a crew.
