Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Two (2) years' experience working with project/task management. Experience with scheduling, processing and file management.
Experience with the Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel.
Exceptional organization skills.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently after training period.
Willing to learn new programs and tasks of the evolving EAS group.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with TeamDynamix or any other Information Technology service management and project management software.
Experience with Oracle, Linux/Unix, HTML, and CSS.
Experience using digital sharing/cloud management systems.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Duties Description The Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) at SUNY Old Westbury invites applications for the position of Enterprise Application Services (EAS) Assistant. The Enterprise Application Services Assistant is responsible for processing daily user requests for files and jobs that need to be executed. This position is also responsible for managing all tasks and projects for the EAS group.

The Enterprise Application Services (EAS) Assistant will perform the following functions:

Manage EAS projects and tasks - ensure projects/tasks are meeting deadlines. Reports any issues to the Director of EAS.
Create and run reports regarding, projects, tasks and service tickets for EAS.
Upload and download files for various departments.
Execute programs upon users request in a Linux and Oracle environment.
Provide reporting statistics to the Director of EAS.

Salary range: $49,261.00 - $60,000.00 (plus location pay $3,400.00) commensurate with education and experience.
