Job Specifics

Duties Description At internship in the Internal Audit and Control Unit at the New York State Department of Labor is seeking a Student Assistant to help with performing reviews of various departments within NYSDOL.

The position will assist with risk assessment and control testing, continuous monitoring, and other projects as needed.

The duties will include gathering and analyzing data, documenting workpapers, research of laws and policies, surveys, and preparation of charts and reports.

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a student currently enrolled in upcoming/current college courses.


Preferred Skill sets:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Visio, etc.
Verbal & written communication
Research & analytical skills.
