Job Specifics

Duties Description Clean the grounds by sweeping, shoveling, raking and removing debris such as leaves and branches.

Cut grass and prune bushes and trees.

Load trucks with debris, logs or dirt by using hand or power tools.

Remove snow and ice from walkways by shoveling or operating snow removal equipment.

Clean inside buildings and perform routine building maintenance work.

Perform minor maintenance on tools and machinery.

Minimum Qualifications Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor.

Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools and motorized equipment.

Possess a valid New York State Driver’s License.

Minimum qualifications must be met by the date of the posting.
