Job Specifics

Duties Description •Correctly distribute or ship vendor and payroll checks to the proper location.

•Keep accurate records of pickups and deliveries of checks.

•May be required to move heavy supplies and materials in and out of stockroom.

• Keep accurate records of supplies and materials ordered and delivered.

• Assist senior staff in the operation of mail machines.

•Communicate with others both verbally and in writing.

•Adhere to the Departments time and attendance rules.

Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience qualifications for this class. Candidate must be physically able to perform the duties assigned.
