Job Specifics

Duties Description • Prepare and set up for meals, functions, banquets, receptions, and other events.
• Serve meals and refreshments.
• Assist with maintaining the orderly storage, care, and inventory of various facility materials.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility’s interior as well as the exterior grounds and property.
• Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and mirrors. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and fixtures.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and appliances.
• Interact with colleagues, customers, and other individuals in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.
• Maintain a professional work demeanor under demanding conditions and changing deadlines.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Perform tasks in an efficient, timely, and safe manner.
• Perform other support of operations duties as assigned.

Operational Needs:
• Ability to bend, lift, climb, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with on-call.

Minimum Qualifications Four years of specialized experience* in grounds, maintenance, food service, hospitality, or a related field.

NOTE: IN ORDER TO AWARD THE PROPER CREDIT FOR WORK EXPERIENCE, RESUMES MUST INCLUDE MONTH AND YEAR FOR START AND END DATES. IF ANY OF THIS EXPERIENCE IS LESS THAN FULL TIME YOU MUST INDICATE THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF HOURS WORKED PER WEEK.

Additional Comments Shift: Must have day, night, and weekend availability. Schedule will be discussed during interview.
