Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Requires three years of experience in large-scale cooking, one year of which must have included regular supervision of subordinate employees or working inmates. Must have working knowledge of recipes, methods and procedures used in preparing and cooking food in large quantities.

Duties Description Food preparation and cooking a variety of meals for an inmate population of 900. Supervision of inmate workers, will unload delivery trucks, maintain proper food and supply handling, rotation and inventory. Follow all sanitation and food handling methods. Deliveries to satellite locations are made. Special dietary restrictions are followed.
