Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must be able to perform medium to heavy physical labor and have trail building or landscaping experience.

Team members must have a valid NYS Driver's License and be able to operate small motorized equipment, including tractors and skid steers.

Duties Description Green Lakes State Park in Fayetteville, N.Y., is seeking to fill four full-time seasonal positions for its trail maintenance/construction crew. Work would begin on or about April 1 and continue through October 31, 2019.

Outdoor work in all types of weather, crew members would perform routine physical tasks, general manual earthwork, install soil stabilization, gravel, large stones/products, wood mulch trails. Practical experience using hand tools/equipment. Display professional demeanor with park staff/patrons. Daylight hours M-F. $11.67-$17.28 per hour depending on experience.
