Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State AND have one year of post-RN licensure clinical nursing experience.

OR

Must be active and reachable on the Civil Service Eligible List for Nurse 2.

Duties Description Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Providing nursing services to assigned caseload including assessments
• Development of plans of nursing services
• Monitoring, direct nursing services
• Staff medication certification/re-certifications
• Staff in-servicing
• Medication error tracking and remediation
• Medication audits

Caseload may be adjusted dependent upon management needs.



Additional Comments Please note, posted Hiring Salary includes the sum of the statutory hiring rate for PS&T Grade 16 ($50,722) and Geographic Pay Differential ($8000). Geographic Pay Differential added to the job rate ($64,557) for the PS&T Grade 16.
