Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Possession of a license and current registration to practice medicine in New York State and one year post licensure experience.

Duties Description As a Clinical Physician1, you would serve as a staff physician in the general medical care of inmates in a correctional facility. Your duties may include designing appropriate preventative procedures; diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries; interpreting x-rays and laboratory tests; and conducting physical examinations.
