Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications • BA/BS from an accredited college
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Computer research skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Clean criminal record
• Knowledge of NYS court system desirable
• Journalism and/or editing experience a plus

Duties Description The candidate will interview witnesses, prepare written reports analyzing allegations of misconduct and the results of investigations, obtain court records, conduct court observations, review and analyze court and financial records and assist attorneys with trial preparation and at trial, and other duties as assigned. Must maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Reports to Deputy Administrator. Some travel required.

Additional Comments Candidates should be prepared to take a computer literacy test.

Appointment subject to successful completion of background check (including fingerprinting).
