Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Must have a New York State License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse and certification by the New York State (NYS) Education Department in Adult Health to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. You must meet the current requirements as prescribed by NYS Board of Nursing for medication prescribing.

Duties Description Provide primary health care working in collaboration with a licensed physician(s), assess status of clients by means of interview, health history, physical exam, and diagnostic tests.
