Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications New York State two-year plumbing training program or successful completion of any equivalent plumbing 2 year training pr apprenticeship program.

Duties Description This position is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, repairs of this facilities aging heating system, maintenance of fire hydrants, water lines, and shower units, updating inventory. Ordering necessary parts, as well as the maintenance of plumbing, sewage, heating of the facilities state housing and daycare. High pressure steam is a critical issue.
