Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Non-Competitive: Three years of experience in large scale cooking, one year of which must have included regular supervision of subordinate employees.

Duties Description Prepares and cooks a variety of foods for the facility. Prepares special foods for individuals requiring special diets. May personally serve meals in a cafeteria setting. Maintains proper sanitation and storage procedures. May supervise kitchen staff of incarcerated individuals.
