Job Specifics

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an art or design field such as art, drawing,
painting, illustration, digital design, or interactive media and two years of experience; or an associate’s degree in the same fields and four years of experience.

Duties Description Under direction of higher level staff, the Graphic Designer 2 will handle design projects with high visibility and of interest to executive staff.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinate and monitor design activities.
• Determine priorities and manage workflow to ensure production requirements and deadlines are met.
• Prepare various reports on unit activities for management.
• Work closely with business leadership to ensure brand identity and positioning is consistent across organizational communications.
• Develop strategies to increase market share, create brand awareness and enhance customer relationships.
