Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

are responding positively to all treatment modalities prescribed by physicians and other speciality practioners.

• Member of the interdisciplinary treatment team for the individuals on their caseload requiring a minimum of an annual and
semi-annual nursing assessment and updating the medical information summary to present to the team.

Geographic Pay Differential is added to the job rate ($62,806) for the PS&T Grade 16. Additional Compensation may apply based on shift assignment.
