Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience.
A J.D or master’s degree may substitute for one year of specialized experience. A Ph. D. may substitute for two years of specialized experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: The Project Coordinator will provide paraprofessional support to the Division of Equal Opportunity Development. The incumbent will:
• Prepare briefings and position papers and assist in the development, implementation, and review of new policy initiatives.
• Enter case-specific information and data specific to Diversity and Inclusion in the Office’s case-management and data collection system.
• Assist in the facilitation of Diversity and Inclusion activities such as employee forums and panel discussions
• Generate outreach leads through research and communication.
• Work on special projects,
• Assist in updating office manuals and the Division’s internet and intranet websites,
• Prepare letters and other correspondence,
• May manage DocuSign and Workforce Analytics output, conduct basic data analysis, and generate reports.
• May be assigned to monitor the office phone and email account and refer incoming work as appropriate.
• May assist with scheduling reasonable accommodation and discrimination complaint interviews, and scheduling WIOA Compliance reviews with local Workforce Development staff.
