Salary RangeFrom $79325 to $100342 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Five years of experience in Application Development including Mobile Application development. Experience should include Service-Now application development and knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
The following degrees may substitute for the general experience as indicated:
• Associate’s degree and four years of experience
• Bachelor’s or higher level degree and three years of experience
• Bachelor’s or higher level degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and two years of experience
Duties Description Under the direction of a Project Assistant, NS, within the IT Service Management section of the Service Delivery bureau of the Chief Technology Office, the Project Assistant, NS, will implement enhancements and develop new functionality related to Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and mobile scanning technologies. This will include mobile application development, integrating with our data sources through Application Interfaces (APIs) to maintain accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
• Develop ITSM Functions to support Asset Management Policy and Tracking
• Support Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) Imports
• Develop the ITSM Mobile App to support Asset Management functions
• Perform scanning of device barcodes and QR Codes
• Perform task Creation from scanned barcodes and QR codes
• Develop integrations with multiple data sources to maintain accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) information.
• Develop a new and improved Offboarding process including automation
• Facilitate meetings of CTO staff to discuss specific requirements for new functionality in the ITSM System.
• Develop service requests from customer requirements and determine resources necessary for new requests.
• Improve the measurement and tracking of Hardware and Software Assets.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Transfer critical knowledge to team members.
• Provide process improvements to ensure available data meets service directors’ needs and educate service areas how to access data for intended uses.
