Minimum Qualifications To be considered for permanent appointment, candidates must be reachable on the current eligible list or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law.

Duties Description Duties may include, but are not limited to:

•Responsible for analyzing data relative to the financial Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM) system
•Coordinating project data and entry into NYSDOT databases
•Preparing Phase Authorization requests
•Preparing STIP amendments
•Developing traffic projections and highway capacity analysis
•Managing reviews and reimbursements for funding to municipalities
•Participation in the review of regional transportation studies

Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
