Reassignment Requirement: You must hold the same title at the University at Buffalo.
Reinstatement Requirement: You must be a former state employee to request reinstatement to the title that was held (or transferable title).

Duties Description The Finance department within University Facilities is seeking an Office Assistant 2. In this role you will be responsible for Special Funds Estimate (SFE)/Trade Union labor processing, customer invoicing, overtime payroll support and other duties as assigned.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Reviewing and entering payroll data into departmental system
• Generating reports
• Verifying accurate approvals for SFE payroll
• Conducting reconciliations
• Researching and processing inaccurate overtime/Trade Union payments
• Addressing and resolving billing inquires
• Setting up customer accounts
• Other duties as assigned
The nature of this position requires analytical thinking skills, ability to research, accurate data entry autonomously. Effective time management and ability to prioritize are essential as these deadlines are critical.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good problem solver, detail orientated and self-motivated. You must have a demonstrated customer service experience as this position requires you to collaborate with many departments within and outside of Facilities.
