Salary RangeFrom $79325 to $100342 Annually

Duties Description Under the supervision of higher-level staff, the incumbent of this position will provide support to Bridge Capital Program in Region 11 Structures Group.
The Project Manager 2 responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Works collaboratively with members of Regional Groups to relay regional bridge capital program project progresses, changes in project scope, schedules, and costs.
2. Perform project support and guidance, detailed review and use of Oracle Primavera P6 software for priority scheduling, and bridge region and local capital program for both Design Build, Design Bid Build including Best Value.
3. Perform consultant management duties in support of consultant contracts.
4. Analyze, categorize, develop strategies and create regional models for allocation of bridge asset management funds.
5. Communicate project management policies and guidance and monitor the project for compliance.
6. Process of local and miscellaneous agreements and reimbursement requests as required.
7. Design and implement quality metrics to analyze and monitor project performance.
8. Develop, manage, and update regional five and ten-year asset management program for bridge projects.
9. Identify potential risk, evolve management strategies, presents priority bridge rehabilitation list and mitigation strategies.
10. Lay out an agenda for future improvements to bridge asset management and manage bridge assets throughout their lifetimes.
Additional Comments Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
*Telecommuting: The Department’s current telecommuting agreement is valid through December 31, 2022 and is subject to extension beyond that date.
