Minimum Qualifications Canal Real Property Administration (Permits) Student Assistant:
Candidate must be a student actively pursuing a two-year or four-year degree in Business/Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Required skillsets include:
• Ability to collect and analyze database exports from various sources for reporting
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Duties Description Candidate is to assist Canal Real Property Management (CRPM) staff with Permit administrative activities, such as digitalizing and archiving physical copies of permit records; tracking and reconciling accounts receivable of Canal real property permits; reconciling and updating permittee billing information using ERP software; and fielding and tracking responses from permittees that received dunning notices.
