Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of a license and current registration to practice medicine in New York State, plus one year of post-licensure medical experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
American Medical Specialty Board certification and experience in a long-term care facility.

Duties Description RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently diagnose, treat, prescribe, and provide general medical care and treatment services in a 242-bed skilled nursing facility for veterans and their dependents. Provide medical leadership and supervision, in collaboration with FNPs, to provide quality health care services, while also ensuring compliance with clinical, statutory, and regulatory standards.

Additional Comments This position is located at the New York State Veterans' Home in Oxford NY. We are a 242-bed skilled nursing facility for veterans and their spouses.
Benefits payable for schedules of 20 hours or more per week.
