Minimum Qualifications Two years experience in maintenance or mechanical work under the supervision of a skilled tradesman, or training through completion of a technical course in a bridge or technical trade at a school or institute. Candidate must also have a Class B Commercial Driver License.
Duties Description Duties include but are not limited to:
• Masonry, carpentry, equipment operation, sandblasting, welding, and the use of other materials and traffic control are some of the duties a Bridge Repair Assistant performs under the supervision of a Trades Specialist (Bridge).
• The candidate shall be required to perform snow and ice operations in areas other than work location.
• Candidates must be able to report within a maximum of one hour of call up.
Additional Comments The starting salary for this position is $51,925. This amount is comprised of the base salary of $42,925 with an additional geographic pay differential of $9,000, specific to this title and location._____________________________________________
