Minimum Qualifications 70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS
One year of permanent, contingent permanent, or 55 B/C service allocated to a Grade 11 or higher eligible for transfer and determined to be similar by Civil Service.
52.6 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS
One year of permanent, contingent permanent, or 55 B/C service allocated to a Grade 14 or higher eligible for transfer and determined to be administrative by Civil Service.

55 B/C QUALIFICATIONS
Individuals certified eligible for the 55 B/C program under the Governor's Program to Hire Persons/Veterans with Disabilities pursuant to Section 55 B/C of the Civil Service Law will also be considered. Please provide a copy of your letter of eligibility with your response.
You must meet the open competitive qualifications from the most recent examination announcement. The open competitive minimum qualifications are: A Bachelor’s Degree
Duties Description The Contract Management Specialist 1/Trainee 1/2 duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• Review, track, and process contract related transactions, including new, renewal and amendment transactions
• Receive, review and process contract related vouchers for programs.
• Receive and conduct level 1 review of vouchers for programs using a centralized voucher process
• Communicate with program staff regarding the need for documentation and clarifications required to approve vouchers
• Process miscellaneous service contracts and associated payments
• Report transaction statistics monthly
• Communicate with CAU Unit Manager regarding transaction and funding issues
• Work with appropriate Fiscal staff to identify and request funding for contracts
• Work with control agency staff to address issues
• Process all transactions in SFS
