Minimum Qualifications CURRENT STATE EMPLOYEES
Current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent service in a position allocated to a Grade 6 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description Duties include but are not limited to:
• Organize, maintain, and update hard copy and electronic information.
• Assist with letters, documentation, files, and reports.
• Assist with maintaining records for disaster recovery contractual service awards.
• Perform basic financial transactions and routine processing activities.
• Scan documentation, maintain, and update files by disaster specific information.
• Perform reviews on disaster payments and refund status.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets when necessary.
• Assist with reports, charts, graphs, and tables as necessary.
• Retrieve and enter data into Statewide Financial System (SFS) and other web-based software systems as required.
• Possession and maintenance of a valid Driver’s License issued by the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles is required.
NOTE: Support of operations during times of emergency and disaster from State Emergency Operations Center (EOC), state field offices and/or local deployments may be required, which would result in a change and/or increase in working hours, locations and/or duties.
