Duties Description Job Description:

· Provide program and related clerical support for the Office of the CIO and its Directors

· Monitor and respond to communication requests via phone, email, or chat

· Create and respond to IT work tickets

· Create procurement and travel requests

· Assist with ordering (office supplies, technology hardware and software)

· Assist monthly with procurement and travel certifications

· Enter and maintain accurate data (budget, directory, billing)

· Process and/or investigate calling, billing and procurement related issues

· Assist with vendor contracts and invoicing

· Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Additional Comments Information Technology Services has 41 employees working as a team to provide technology solutions across campus. The Office of the CIO (Chief Information Officer) oversees five departments within SUNY Oneonta's ITS organization. Working together with IT Security and Computing, Networking and Telecommunications, IT Security, Systems and Data Center Management, Enterprise Application Services, and Customer Support, the department offers prospective employees an opportunity to work in an exciting fast-paced area focused on providing high quality customer service to the campus community.
