Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: This is a temporary position, with a maximum duration of one year. It is expected that the employment relationship will cease with the completion of the project.

The Temporary Office Assistant 1 in the NYS Department of Labor's Division of of Safety and Health will perform the following but not limited to: providing office clerical support, format and type correspondence, reports, forms, charts, and data enter applications. May order office supplies and handle phone calls as well as act as a personal secretary to a program manager or administrator.
