- NYS procurement guidelines, policy and procedure.
- NYS human resources activities, including recruitment, classification and compensation and appointment.

- Use of the Statewide Financial System (SFS) and Grants Gateway.
Skillset:
- Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well with a team and manage multiple competing priorities is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills"

Duties Description The Senior Administrative Analyst will perform reviews of work flow, product and procedures involved with the Administrative Management Services Group (AMSG) functions of contract management, position management, grant management, fiscal administration, procurement, reporting, and financial analysis for the Office of Primary Care & Health Systems Management (OPCHSM) and provide recommendation to management. The position will support the following activities: coordination of position management activities; management of miscellaneous services/grant contracts; production and review of expenditure plans; and payment processing.

Additional Comments This position may require travel including to areas that are not serviced by public transportation.
