Minimum Qualifications Four years of experience* as a news videographer, studio camera operator, art director, copywriter, graphic designer, account executive, video editor, web designer, or similar position at a national network, local network television affiliate, cable news, commercial media production facility, or marketing or communications agency.

*Substitution: College study in a related field may substitute for up to three years of experience as listed above with thirty credit hours equaling one year of experience.

Duties Description • Working on design projects with the design team for state agency clients, the Executive Chamber, and media buyers.
• Collaborating with Sr. Graphic Designers, the Creative Operations Director, copywriters, and producers to conceptualize and create unique campaigns to promote the state’s agencies, services, and programs.
• Learning and executing best practices and strategies to deliver their message to target audiences.
• Following branding guidelines, ensuring that logos, color themes, and creative looks are accurate and consistent across all platforms.
• Reviewing designs with clients, making edits based on client feedback, and seeing projects through to the deliverable phase.
• Managing your time wisely, determining priorities, and managing workflow to meet strict deadlines.
