Salary RangeFrom $103784 to $127830 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Seven years of experience IBM COBOL, including one year of supervisory experience.
The following degrees may substitute for the general experience as indicated:
• Associate’s degree and six years of experience
• Associate’s degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and five years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and four years of experience
• Master’s degree in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional year of experience
• Doctorate in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional 2 years of experience
Duties Description Under the direction of an Assistant Director Information Technology Services 2, M4, in the Public Safety Portfolio Solutions Architecture unit, Chief Technology Office (CTO), specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
•Manage the Public Safety Services unit
•Estimate scope and cost for the remediation of existing legacy technology
•Develop and lead multiple remediation efforts of legacy technologies/processes
•Coordinate with Project Management, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to determine the scope, high level processes, significant risks, dependencies, and constraints related to remediating legacy technology.
•Identify, clarify, and organize system requirements
•Estimate costs and time schedules for IT Information Requests for ITS and Customer Agency approvals
•Coordinate with other CTO teams to plan and build out the environments to support the technology platforms
