Duties Description We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Office of Inclusion & Employee Engagement and play a vital role in helping us achieve our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Implementing inclusive HR programs to meet the diverse needs of our workforce
- Enhancing recruitment and retention strategies for a more inclusive workplace
- Collaborating with employees and stakeholders to embed diversity & inclusion principles into agency practices

Key Initiatives Include:
- Coordinating and attending outreach and recruitment events to help foster diversity in our workforce
- Analyzing employee feedback from exit surveys to enhance business practices
- Reviewing and proposing policy updates to promote inclusivity and accessibility at OGS
- Creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, job postings, professional development programs, cultural events, and more
