Minimum Qualifications The New York State Senate is seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills to join their team as a Facility Management Assistant in the Production Services division.
To be considered, you must have:
•Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
•Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
•Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the printshop at the same time
•Knowledge or be willing to learn manufacturing parts, cataloging, internal index system, and service
•A high school degree or equivalent
Duties Description This position supports Production Services management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. The candidate will need to complete assigned training relevant to the position. Also, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining and securing transactions with outside vendors, address and resolve relevant issues in a friendly manner. The candidate will also perform various daily operational tasks and will assist with the completion of freight receival and reconciliation.
Additional Comments The salary range is $40,000 to $45,000 for those applying with the right experience.
