Salary RangeFrom $39215 to $48294 Annually
Minimum Qualifications An Associates degree, with at least 18 credit hours in criminal justice, biology or health science,
OR
High School Diploma or GED with two (2) years experience performing tasks and procedures in a laboratory, clinical, pharmaceutical or criminal justice setting,
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Duties Description Receive, process and document items submitted and secure items in designated area.
Correctly document the dispersal and return of items for analysis.
Properly apply techniques to ensure the integrity of items submitted.
Operate equipment in accordance with established protocols and quality control procedures.
Maintain an accurate chain-of-custody.
Account for all items and conduct audits to determine compliance with standards and protocols.
Provide information on the proper submission protocols and procedures.
Provide testimony in court proceedings.
Relay submitted items to other facilities.
Provide coverage at other Division facilities, as needed.
Perform other related duties as directed by a supervisor.
