Duties Description Standard Duties:

The Project Coordinator will serve as an experienced Salesforce developer leading development and coordination efforts to create a new custom case management application in Salesforce.

This individual would be expected to:

• Design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions within Salesforce.

• Build and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

• Ensure all configurations and customizations meet state agency security, accessibility, and data governance standards.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Salesforce team members and agency developers.

• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based on requirements.

• Provide front-line support and system maintenance.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

• Translate technical details into business-friendly language when interacting with non-technical teams.

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and timelines.

• Communicate effectively with other developers, system administrators, and QA teams to ensure alignment and continuity.

• Assist with training documentation and conduct walkthroughs or demonstrations when needed.

• Maintain clear, updated documentation for custom code, integrations, workflows, and data models.

Minimum Qualifications • Have more than 2 years of experience developing in Salesforce and possess either a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer Certification

• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components

• Experience with Apex Code or strong understanding of another programming language

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, JSON, etc.

• Experience with SQL/SOQL

• Excellent documentation skills/detail-oriented

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving, proactive thinking, and analytical skills; self-motivated, independent worker

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Strong quality assurance testing and deployment skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOp tools such as Copado

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders

• Salesforce Platform II Certification

• Experience working in a government or public sector environment

• Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Communities

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience with version control systems such as GitLab

• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and manage project timelines

• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques (e.g., Data Loader)
