Duties Description • Under the supervision of the Director of Innovation and Transformation, this POSITION will work with the Innovation and Transformation team on an array of duties including but not limited to:
• Coordinate resources for I&T meetings, schedule meetings and prepare meeting agenda and presentations
• Assist with prioritization of daily tasks for the I&T department
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new I&T team members
• Attend meetings to document discussions, Action items and decisions made
• Prepare Security Access Request Forms (SARS) and ITSM tickets as needed to manage access for I & T staff and consultants
• Coordinate office management activities, including supplies, equipment and space modifications
• Maintain I&T administrative procedures
• Work closely with Finance team on invoices, contracts and budget tasks
• Drafting project communications on behalf of the project team
• Drafting status reports summarizing project results for managers’ review
• Provide support to the I & T Director and Assistant Directors
• Prepare, process, update, and compile routine documents, records, and reports
• Assist with the compilation of ad-hoc reports and executive leadership requests
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diplomacy or high school equivalency diploma AND
• Three years of experience in administrative support which includes use of office software (e.g. email, word processing), provision of customer service, business writing, and management of an office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and listening skill.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Comments NOTE: HESC’s business hours require working between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
