Duties Description The Finance Bureau is recruiting for a Park and Recreation Aide 7 within the Finance Bureau to perform mailroom and fleet unit functions. This position will also work on the fleet team to assist in the unit functions as it relates to vehicles and equipment on a statewide basis for 11 regional locations.

This position will be responsible for duties within the mailroom and fleet unit, as follows:
Receiving and processing mail from USPS, UPS, FedEx, OGS Inter Agency, including certified mail.
Keeping mailroom organized, recording package tracking numbers, receiving shipments on the loading dock and delivering orders, ability to lift heavy items and other mailroom duties as needed.
Assisting with moving and delivering office equipment and furniture
Making copies for Albany Office Bureaus
Assisting the Fleet Manager as requested
Entering data in the Asset Works Inventory System and other asset tracking systems as needed
Reviewing EZ Pass information, Samsara application and Wex invoices.
Processing surplus auction paperwork, post vehicle solicitations, assist in purchasing of vehicles and communicating with vendors.
Other tasks as assigned.
