Duties Description The New York State Unified Court System Office of Court Administration - Division of Grants, Contracts, and Procurement is recruiting for one (1) position in the Analyst Series. The position will be filled in one of the following titles and will be dependent upon the qualifications and experience of the applicant selected: Court Analyst or Assistant Court Analyst.

The Division of Grants, Contracts, and Procurement is responsible for managing external funding and for the procurement of legal services, human services, technology services, consultant services, employee benefit products, and commodities to support court operations and administration.

The Division is organized into four distinct but interdependent units: Contracts, Procurement, Grants, and Fiscal Operations. Under the supervision of Senior Management Analysts and Management Analysts the position will assist in grant development and implementation functions, contract procurement and contract monitoring functions and fiscal transactions including budget and expense report analysis, and accounts payable transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring purchase requests submitted by judicial districts and courts offices.

- Assisting in the development and administration of procurement processes (requests for proposals, requests for bid and single/sole source justifications).

- Tracking various due dates to ensure follow up.

- Conducting vendor responsibility checks.

- Assembling required supporting documentation.

- Entering transactions in the Statewide Financial System.

- Entering and retrieving information from SharePoint lists and libraries.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be detail oriented and proficient in the use of MS Office365 applications.

Minimum Qualifications POSITION TITLE: COURT ANALYST JG: 18
BASE SALARY: $64,971

QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

POSITION TITLE: ASSISTANT COURT ANALYST JG: 16

BASE SALARY: $58,100

QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Junior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or High School diploma or the equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
