Duties Description This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of assigned areas of campus to include university buildings, adjacent yards, and sidewalks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing routine custodial tasks, operating cleaning equipment appropriately, and moving furniture as needed. This position may also assist with grounds maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care, and perform other general tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for the campus community.

-Physically able to perform the tasks of the position including, but not limited to, those in the Examples of Duties & Responsibilities

-A demonstrated ability to work effectively and collegially with a variety of individuals
