Duties Description The State University of New York System Administration is searching for a full-time Office Assistant 1, SG-06, located in Albany NY. This position is responsible for assisting with maintaining the daily operations of the Office of Enrollment Services.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide office support for the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Services and other office professionals
•Open and distribute mail to appropriate office or staff member
•Answer and direct telephone inquiries
•Assist with distribution of materials to SUNY System Administration offices
•Assist with large-scale mailings for Directors of Admission, Directors of Guidance and school counselors
•Maintain listservs, high school information system and publications database
•Respond to inquiries from System Administration staff, campuses, school counselors, advisory and working groups, vendors and outside organizations and assist in the preparation of responses for supervisor's signature
•Maintain and track inventory of office supplies and recruitment materials, purchasing supplies as needed

Additional Comments Note: Please be advised that this is a temporary hourly position that is expected to last less than 6 months.
