Duties Description Working with the Division Director’s Office and the Special Licenses Unit: answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and mail and direct to appropriate staff for response; arrange staff meetings and webex; prepare correspondence and travel and expenditure reports consistent with agency guidelines; receive, screen, review and verify documents, forms and applications; enter data and information and retrieve data and information from computerized systems; verify data previously transcribed or entered; and processing bills and vouchers.
Additional Comments This is a seasonal, hourly appointment ending no later than 3/31/2019. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date, which may be prior to date listed. Actual work schedule, duties, and hours may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
