Duties Description Job Description:
Under the direction of the Vice President for Business and Finance, the Scholarship Coordinator works with Admissions, Advancement, and Student Financial Services to maximize benefits to students through managing, administering and monitoring the activities and functions associated with SUNY Delhi's scholarship program.
Duties and responsibilities include:
•Design a system to coordinate and monitor all aspects of a seamless and comprehensive campus-wide scholarship and grant program
•Ensure alignment of the scholarship program with campus strategic recruitment and admissions priorities
•Coordinate scholarship marketing efforts to current and prospective students
•Develop, implement, and continue to improve upon policies, procedures, application forms, delivery systems, and overall efficiency of the scholarship program
•Monitor student eligibility and ensure a competent selection process for scholarship recipients
•Coordinate efforts of the scholarship committee to effectively utilize available funding
•Collaborate with and provide information on a timely basis to relevant departments and other offices (Admissions, Advancement, Student Financial Services)
•Oversee and develop the campus's scholarship software program, Academic Works.
•Collect and analyze scholarship data, including develop annual scholarship budget projections based upon historical rates of retention, anticipated enrollments of new students, and other factors.

•Work schedule: FT, Mon - Fri during regular business hours, occasional evenings and weekends
•Salary: $52,000 - $60,000
•Reports to: Vice President for Business and Finance
•Budget Title: Senior Staff Assistant, SL-3
