Minimum Qualifications Must have a New York State license to practice as a registered professional nurse and certification by the New York State Education Department in Family Health to practice as a nurse Practitioner.
Duties Description provide primary health care working with a licensed physician. Assess the physical and psychosocial state of clients by means of interview, health history, physical exam and diagnostic test in accordance with a written practice agreement and protocols that include specialty areas and are agreed upon in advance by you and the physician of record. Your work may include the diagnosis of illness and physical conditions and performance of therapeutic and corrective measures. You may also perform employee health exams in accordance with the agreement and protocols.
Additional Comments In addition to base salary above, $30,000 geographical pay, $1,513 location pay, plus .75 per hour for hazardous duty pay processed quarterly for number of hours worked. *No written exam. List is compiled by scoring of experience and credentials.
