Duties Description SUNY Delhi seeks dynamic, forward-thinking, and engaging Residence Hall Director(s) to join the Office of Residence Life commencing in August 2019. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
•Occupancy and facilities management
•Performance of administrative duties
•Student staff supervision
•Enforcing and adjudicating violations to the student code of conduct
•On-duty responsibilities and other work related commitments during nights and weekends
•Student development
•Developing interpersonal working relationships with students
•Community building and promoting diversity within the residence halls and campus community
•Coordination and/or development of living learning communities
•Assist in planning and teaching the "Fundamentals of the Resident Assistant" class
•Assist in a mutually agreed upon functional area on campus to work five hours per week
•Serving on departmental and campus wide committees
