Duties Description SUNY Delhi seeks a dynamic, forward-thinking, and engaging Instructional Support Associate to join the School of Applied Technologies. The Instructional Support Associate will provide Electrical Controls and Mechatronics faculty instructional support and assistance for the purpose of maintaining and/or improving the quality of the student's educational experience. The Instructional Support Associate is required to perform a variety of duties in the laboratory and has responsibilities as set forth below:
•Assist faculty in teaching, demonstrating equipment and/or observing and assisting students in the development of appropriate techniques in laboratories, shops (labs), and on field trips, etc.
•Under the supervision of a functional head, be responsible for the care, control, repair, maintenance, and delivery of functional materials, supplies, and equipment (including ordering supplies).
•Supervise such student assistants as may be assigned for the purpose of storing, maintaining and delivering supplies, materials, and equipment, and to provide such instruction as may be appropriate to the successful operation of the function.
•Assist faculty and/or staff with the preparation, development, and presentation of instructional and/or materials for classroom and laboratory
