Salary RangeFrom $46062 to $56107 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Current Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services employee with permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service as a Program Aide and interested in reassignment; OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent permanent, or 55b/c service as an Administrative Aide or Agency Program Aide; OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service in a position allocated to the Grade 11 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description • Candidate needs to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Provide assistance to grantees and monitor the grants mailbox.
• Assist with the federal reporting requirements process.
• Compile and/or draft reports.
• Collect and analyze data.
• Maintain tracking systems.
• Prepare tables, charts or other material.
• Review grantee applications.
• Coordinate conferences and meetings.
• General office duties as necessary.
Additional Comments NOTE: Support of operations during times of emergency and disaster from State Emergency Operations Center (EOC), state field offices and/or local deployments may be required, which would result in a change and/or increase in working hours, locations and/or duties.
