Minimum Qualifications Level 1 - Bachelor's degree including satisfactory completion of the semester hours required for the teaching specialty.
Level 2 - Bachelor's degree with provisional teaching certificate appropriate to the teaching specialty.
Level 3 - Bachelor's degree with 30 additional graduate hours and a permanent teaching certificate appropriate to teaching specialty.
Level 4 - Permanent teaching certificate appropriate to the teaching specialty and two-years of teaching experience in the appropriate specialty area.
Duties Description This teaching position in this class utilize professional training and experience to plan lessons and curriculums and instruct and evaluation the performance and progress of clients/inmates and evaluate the performance and progress of clients/inmates in the charge of a state agency in academic and commercial subjects.
Teachers deal with learners having a broad range of physical and mental aptitudes, abilities, interest, social and academic background and ages in addition to some behavioral physical, mental or emotional problems.
Teachers are required to instruct a course in an academic education department. Prepare of modify curriculum and course outlines. Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans. Evaluation the performance of the clients. inmates and progress.
